GHANA
INSPIRED FURNITURE
Through this work Chris projects his concerns, frustrations, joys, and the beauty he encountered on a daily basis, as well as the new perspective he gained of his own culture.
CZECH
CUBIST
INSPIRED FURNITURE
With its roots in Prague, Czech Cubism was a little-known design movement in the early twentieth century. A group of designers and intellectuals took the Cubist concepts conceived by Braque and Picasso and applied them to the built environment.

ARTICULATION
PROJECT
Inspired by Bionicle action figures, Chris’s Articulation Series emerged. He considers this work a kind of “analog robotic technology.” This line of furniture uses low-tech joint mechanisms to allow the various elements to be arranged in infinite positions.
